Two words · About you

Your headline, with emphasis.

Two or three sentences on what you make and why it is different. Written the way you would say it out loud, not the way a brochure would.

Our story

Why we started.

How this started. The problem you had, or the gap you noticed, and what you did about it. People buy from people — this is where they decide they like you.

What happened next. A moment where it started working, with a real detail in it — a number, a place, a day you remember.

Where you are now, and what you are offering the person reading this.

Branding

Your name, your logo, and how your site looks when someone shares it.

Your brand

Your business name is under Business info. Without a logo image it is also your logo.

Tap to upload your logo. Any image works: a plain background is removed for you
Your Instagram, or any profile people should follow. Every “follow us” link goes there, and your @name is read from it. Leave it empty and those links are hidden.
The line under your name at the bottom of every page.
Tap to upload a small square image
The little picture on a browser tab. Square, and it still has to read at the size of a fingernail — a mark or a letter, not a photo.
Tap to upload the picture shown when your link is shared
What people see when your site is posted to Instagram, Facebook or a group chat. Landscape, around 1200×630. Without one, your main photo is used.

Google & sharing

Your title on Google and in shared links:
The words under your title on Google. Up to 160 characters. Left empty, the start of your welcome words is used.

Leave anything blank to keep what your site was built with.

Colours

Give us up to three brand colours and we’ll design the rest of your palette with the same colour science graphic designers use, balanced to the way the eye actually sees colour.

Fonts

Choose from eight font pairings, each a proven match of heading and text fonts, tuned so your page always lays out beautifully.

Products

Everything you sell. Categories, attributes and sizes & options each have their own page, under Products.

Your products

ProductProduct typeDeliveryPriceLiveActions

Categories

The kinds of thing you sell. Each product belongs to one.

Attributes

The extra details on a product — a material, a care note, a weight — and which categories they apply to.

Sizes & options

The choices a buyer picks from, like size or colour. Make as many sets as your shop needs. Each product can use up to two, because a third would turn its price table into a spreadsheet.

Orders

Business info

The basics about your business.
Your tab title, your copyright line and your emails use it. Without a logo image it is also your logo.
Answer for your business. If you are registered, checkout and your order emails show the GST in each total (“inc. GST”). If not, they say nothing about GST, which is right for a business under the GST threshold. It never changes a price.
days
How many days you need after an order to have it ready. Buyers can ask for a required date, but not sooner than this. Without a date, it is your estimate in the order emails. Enter 0 if you can do it the same day.
Your Australian Business Number (11 digits) or Company Number (9 digits). We check the number is a real one before saving it. If you are registered for GST it is required: it goes on your receipts.

Payments

How your shop takes card payments. The money goes to your own Square account.

Shipping

How buyers can get their order. Each price is for the whole order. Australia only.

Buyers choose one at checkout. A pick-up option needs no address. Free over makes that option free once the goods in the order reach that amount. Orders that are only downloads never ask for shipping. Until you add an option, checkout does not ask for an address or charge for delivery.
